Typically most orders will arrive within 5 working days from purchase
Rural deliveries and Waiheke Island - allow up to 7 working days from purchase, depending on local rural delivery service
Branded items will take approximately 10 working days
Made-to-order items and internationally sourced items will have a longer delivery time

Orders can only be sent to a physical address.
All orders are sent by NZ Post Couriers, with a signature required upon delivery. If instructions are given to deliver and leave the order without a signature, courier liability for the goods ends once delivered.
