Payment Options:

  • Credit Card: we accept Visa and MasterCard. Details can be given while ordering on-line, but if you prefer we can call you when the order arrives and take your details by phone.
    Credit card transactions will be processed at time of dispatch.
  • Electronic Banking: Payments maybe made direct to our bank account. Bank account details as follows:
    Bank of New Zealand  02-0719-0126042-002
  • Cheques:  should be made payable to ‘The Uniform Centre' and marked ‘Not Transferable'.
  • Business Account Customers: For businesses who have arranged an account with The Uniform Centre and meet the credit criteria.

  • Delivery of Garments
    Orders are dispatched by courier, unless other arrangements are made.

    Opening Hours are Monday to Friday,  9am to 4pm.
  • Back Orders
    Items that are temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order. We will advise of the delivery date to check if it is acceptable to you or offer a substitute garment.
  • Returns for Credit or Refund
    We accept garments for credit or issue a refund provided they are returned within 7 days of in the invoice date, in “as new condition (including tags and packaging)
    Complete the returns form sent with your order for quick processing.
    Quote invoice number with the returned item.
    We are unable to accept non-stock service, special makes or monogrammed garments for return.
  • Guarantee of Quality and Value:
    The Uniform Centre is committed to supplying quality garments that represent excellent value for money.
    If a faulty garment is supplied in error please phone us on 0800 50 70 90 and we will arrange our courier to collect the goods at our expense.
  • Deleted Garment Lines:
    From time to time styles are deleted from the range and new styles introduced.
    We do our best to advise our business customers if they are affected and work with them to find a suitable substitute.
  • Order Cancellations or Amendments:
    If, for any reason, you wish to cancel or amend your order please let us know as soon as possible.
    Non-stock garments, special makes and monogramming cannot be cancelled or amended once order is placed.

Other Services:

  • Garments on Approval
    Samples can be supplied to approved organizations for the purposes of viewing and sizing.
    Security by way of a credit card maybe requested.
  • Quotes
    We offer a quoting service whereby we will stand-by a price for a particular length of time.
    Custom order forms and bound ordering/ information kits can be put together for larger business customers. 
  • Customer Service
    If you have any problems, questions or account queries, please call us on 0800 50 70 90 and let us assist. 
  • Representative Service
    In house presentations and displays by arrangement. Generally for larger organizations.
  • Website
    Information and products on our website are continually being updated.
    Special Offers can be found on the website.
  • Emailing customers
    From time to time we like to email relevant offers or information.
    At most you would receive 5 emails over 12 months.

We do not sell our customer list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. Occasionally we may contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you.
